At Haven Hospitality Group, our story is one of purpose, partnership, and passion. Founded by two driven co- founders, who joined forces to reimagine what modern hospitality could look like. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and tech, one of us brings a sharp eye to systems, services, and innovation.
The other, with background in healthcare administration’s and over five years in the hospitality industry, offers an unwavering commitment to care, precision, and guest- centered experiences. Together, we’ve created more than just beautiful spaces-we’ve built havens of warmth, intention, and understated luxury. By partnering with local vendors and artisans, we proudly ground our offerings in community while elevating every detail with thoughtful design and heartfelt service.

What services does the company offer?
We offer a variety of vacation homes, both mid-term and short term rentals. We also offer management to owners and design consulting for short term rentals.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do require you to sign a lease and require a 50% deposit to secure dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 30+ day prior to arrival date notification for no penalties. Less than 30 day notice penalties may apply. Ability to postpone dates is available.
Can I visit the property before booking?
Yes, a on site tour or virtual tour can be scheduled!
Are there security cameras?
Yes, on the exterior of our homes we do have security cameras and 24/7 security monitoring. This is to ensure the safety of our tenants and near by neighbors.
Are pools heated?
Some pools have the capability to be heated but we do charge additionally to heat the pools. The homes with a jacuzzi on the other hand do have complimentary jacuzzi heating with their reservation.
Can you manage my home?
Yes, send us a message and we can review our terms and visit your home to see if it's a good fit for Haven and you!
How far are the homes to the strip?
All our homes are spread out throughout the Las Vegas Valley, they are all within 30 minutes to the strip. We can specify exact location upon reservation and assist with which home may work best for your Vegas visit.
What is a mid-term home?
Mid-term homes are still furnished and operated like a short term rental but they cater to travelers that are here for longer periods of time. 31+ days is considered a mid-term home and they are typically at a discounted price per night.
Are the homes pet friendly ?
Yes, majority of our homes are pet friendly! They will disclose on the listings page if they are or not, but please do not hesitate to ask, we will allow service dogs as needed.
